Integrated support for women who are reconsidering their relationship with alcohol.

Counseling & Coaching Support
I am a licensed clinician, recovery coach, and behavioral health advisor. However, I see my true role as an advocate for women who want to change their lives. I help clients develop the strategies and tools to create lasting changes in their behaviors and re-connect with who they truly are.
I believe in making decisions that prioritize our well-being, but as a mother of three, I know how challenging that can be.
I fully understand how alcohol can help numb stress, pain, and trauma in the short-term. The trouble is it also numbs our joy, motivation, and presence in our own lives.
My goal is to support women so they can find their voice and rediscover who they truly are.
The idea of abstaining from it can feel impossible. However, there comes a moment in many people's lives when they begin to contemplate an alternative path. I can walk with you down that path. My approach is rooted in compassion, support and empowerment.
Over the past few years, my experience has primarily revolved around assisting individuals and groups as both a counselor and a recovery coach. Through this journey, I have come to recognize a common gap in traditional therapy—a genuine sense of connection and ongoing support.
My approach centers around meeting people where they are, free from judgment, and listening to what they want. By establishing this foundation, we will work together to uncover their intrinsic motivations for reclaiming your health. I will help you develop and implement individualized strategies to be successful.
I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor, Certified Crisis Counselor, Recovery Coach and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
I also write about addiction related topics for various websites and publications.
